French Quarter New Orleans Elopement

This French Quarter New Orleans elopement was just fabulous on so many levels!

First of all, I had the honor of working with Diane, from Fat Cat Flowers. Diane is easily one of my favorite women in the wedding industry here in New Orleans. Her wedding floral designs, boutonnieres and bridal bouquets are always beautifully thought out and painstakingly arranged. But that’s not even the whole of Diane’s magic! She is a beautiful, strong business woman with a demeanor and voice that makes it impossible not to fall in love with her!

I was quite smitten the first time I met Diane (I may have tripped over my words trying to introduce myself!) but was quickly put at ease by her genuine, warm smile and totally amazing vibe. Needless to say, I was thrilled when she asked if I would work alongside her as a photographer for her elopement package! Erin and Jonathan were our first and man, they slayed!

Erin & Jonathan are having a big wedding in France in the fall but they wanted to have an intimate ceremony where they could gather with their loved ones who weren’t able to travel to celebrate their love. They chose to have their ceremony at Broussard’s in the French Quarter. A classic New Orleans favorite, it was the perfect atmosphere! Although small and intimate, that did not stop Erin from pulling out all the stops and looking absolutely stunning in her high low wedding gown, complete with a gorgeous arrangement of beading. These two were such a blast to work with, so truly in sync! I wish them the most lovely wedding in France and a beautiful life together!

Aren’t you the best! It was a privilege to work with you as well. I always gravitate to vendors who find joy in their work and understand the importance of wedding day! You nailed it! I feel the love and excitement of this couple on their wedding day. Thank you!
